        Turned up on Friday 20 January 2023 at 11:40am and found that the clinic is shut. No one informed me. I do not know if this is permanent. Call the number and their voice mail would not take any more calls. It stated they would be reopening on 4 January 2023.

        The sign on the door said accepting new patients. When l went in l was told l would have to pay 68.00 to go on the NHS waiting list, (if paying privately appt readily available) no timescale as to how long l would be on the list. Receptionist couldn't offer an explanation of why they were charging to go on NHS waiting list... sounds like profiteering to me, no thanks.

        Incompetent and negligent. If I could give them less stars then I would. I didn't have a phobia of the dentist until I went here. They did not treat me properly and I became unwell and then they were trying to charge me 100s of pounds. Meanwhile the receptionists were aggressive and bullying. They're lucky I didn't sue them. The Dental Hospital was critical of them. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
