        Trusted the dentist at the start the receptionist was moody did not feel right waiting room was not comfortable school chair bland boring decor now about the dentist at the time who did treatment on my tooth messed it up I am still traumatised till today even though was approximately 5 years ago not sure what learner did my tooth removal he even made my jaw bone expose that was a killer had to get stitches and was told by another dentist at different clinic that tooth could had been saved so I do not trust this dentist at Craigentinny ever again.

        I needed an emergency appointment today and Rachel was so wonderful and reassuring on the phone. I felt calm and taken care off. I was treated by Jennifer and she was warm, friendly and kind. I felt completely taken care off at every step. A most wonderful practice and I send great gratitude to the team today.
