This place is so up and down. Have ordered from them around 5/6 times but would say only 50% of the time its been positive. Today I got half the amount of the wrong dessert and my pasta had such little sauce on it it might aswell have been plain pasta. very disappointed

I have ordered from here (through Ubereats) twice now. First experience was reasonably positive but the second was extremely disappointing. Quite a while after ordering, received a phone call to say one of the dishes was out of stock so could we change please (great, too late to order elsewhere at this time!) and then when the order did arrive, one of our four pasta dishes was missing. There is no way to contact the restaurant directly so we were left waiting to here back through Uber Eats - and I didn't receive a message until the following day. Subsequently I have received a partial refund for the dish we didn't receive (yes, not even a full refund for the part of the order that wasn't delivered!) and I'm currently dealing with hopeless support from Uber Eats. I suspect there is no phone number readily available for this restaurant to avoid having to deal with these issues. The food itself was extremely average - three stars at best - pretty bland pasta sauces and rather meagre portion of sauce too. Also, toppings were missing from two of the three pasta dishes that were delivered! Seems that they tried a bit harder when this restaurant first opened and things have gone downhill. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
