I thought Id lost years of images when my seagate drive suddenly stopped working. John was responsive, didnt over promise and kept me informed throughout the data recovery process. In the end only 1 year of data was lost but many memories of family, friends and experiences were saved. Excellent!

We approached JT Data Recovery with a failed HDD that another company had classified as unrecoverable. They gave us a straightforward appraisal of the job, including a full explanation of the tasks they would have to carry out and the likelihood of success. In our case, the situation was pretty much as bad as it gets. However, they offered to take on the challenge and provided a reasonable quote for the work they would need to undertake, which included fixed prices covering all likely scenarios. I can't recommend this service enough! I brought my broken hard-drive here in a panic in April 2022 - he was extremely helpful and was able to save all of the data from my old broken hard-drive!
