        Gary was possibly one of the nicest people I've ever spoken with. Our package was delivered quicker than we expected back to the states from Edinburgh. It was more expensive than I thought, but it probably costs a lot to do

        Excellent service all the way from Scotland to the USA! Items were picked up on time, packaged up very well in a crate box, and arrived on time with tracking provided. Friendly and attentive customer service too. I highly recommend this company for any international shipping needs. Thank you Mawa & Pack and Send Edinburgh East.

        Not only did they lose our picture 4 months ago - they also have not compensated us yet. I have never been phoned back although it is always promised. Unbelievable bad customer service. I am very disappointed.
