        A council who spent 1.3 billion on the trams means they are so wealthy with money who keeps saying we are struggling due to government cut backs and yet they waste 1.3 billion on something nobody in Edinburgh wanted! Edinburgh is in a terrible state not getting any of the 1.3 billion that could have been better spent with that money! This council has ruined the city with no money going into improving the city and that 1.3 billion would have helped the city and now the city is falling apart due to this council wasting 1.3 billion
