I was impressed by the very thorough examination on my first visit. But what I found exceptional was the detailed explanation from the dentist about treatment options. Her focus was on all possible solutions and not on the most expensive treatments.I like the open honest approach.

I had a decent experience with the dentist, but terrible experience with the hygienist, manager and admin team. The hygienist did permanent damage to my teeth, and ignored the fact that I was sweating and flinching from the pain of "cleaning experience". Then it took literally months of follow-ups to get the management team and admin staff to acknowledge my complaint and ultimately refund me for the hygiene appointment. On multiple occasions, they categorically ignored my attempts to reach out and only dealt with the refund after I had to show up in person to their clinic to follow up multiple times to ask to speak to a manager. I can assure you this clinic is very used to complaints (I've heard customer complaints being addressed over the phone on multiple occasions whilst standing in the reception area), and they have very little interest in helping you if you have a bad experience. Oh, and they answer each call with "this is a pain-free dentistry"...laughable. I never had sensitivity problems with my teeth until going here. Other private dentistries in the area are much more professional and not as expensive.

Top-notch dentists, amazing support staff, relaxing atmosphere, and absolutely pain free proceedures! Thank you so much Chris, Marta, Jone and Grainne for superb experience today and thank you Tammy for all the support over the past months with pain free plan. I cannot stress how good my experience has been here. The stuff are lovely and they're great professionals. I was not at my best (I had health anxiety) and they did everything they could to help me. I really felt they were listening and caring about me. I have tried other clinics in Edinburgh but they're far from what I'm describing here. I highly recommend this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you very much!
