Shot Scope

While the watch records data pretty accurately , think misses circa 5% of shots and a lot of adjustment on putting after round its the customer service that really lets the company down . Bought the original watch and within 2.5 years the battery would only get to 16-17 . Not much use if the watch cant get through a round . I am a 30-40 rounds a year man so not like it was used excessively . I complained and they indicated that it would be repaired however I think once they realized the battery couldnt be replaced they were not going to issue a new model watch foc . Avid golf junkie who wont be recommending their products in the future .

I purchased an expensive Shot Scope Pro LX+ rangefinder on Amazon. The delivery date was stated to be 23/03/23 but it did not arrive on time, so I checked the delivery information. It had changed to "yet to be shipped". I contacted them to enquire why it had not yet been despatched and why I was only just been informed of this. Their response was to not even bother replying but to simply cancel the order. Not exactly the reaction or customer service I expect from a supposedly reputable company. Extremely disappointed.

The watch is top notch just one thing the strap could do to be a bit longer has im having to ware it at the full extent of the strap
