Driver never attempted delivery, and kept our order from sainsburys (including alcohol). Spoke to customer service and they said they can't refund as the driver has marked it as delivered. Even though the driver didn't ring the doorbell or even attempt to call us? Shady practices and horrendous customer service. Use local deliveries instead!

Would never recommend this delivery compnay at all 5 different delivery drivers picked up my delivery number to pick up at restaurant and cancelled, 2 actually picked up order but last pick up after 2 hours decided to cancel with lame excuse not happy at all wish could put zero stars

Deliveroo doesn't even deserve 1 star rating. The customer service is just ridiculous. They never responded to my email about the refund. The food that was ordered at 1 pm was not delivered untill 4pm, with a message that you missed your delivery. And your rider waited for 13 minutes. What a joke!!! Why did i not get any calls or msgs if so??? When I called the restaurant to resend it, they were happily willing to, but deliveroo wont re pick it and was asked to make a new order with a payment. When asked for a refund, those girls on customer care department was so rude on call and said they are unable to do so. Terrible, don't even know how to talk.. This is a complete scam. Fraud company!! Don't know how to operate at all. Please don't use their services at all
