This is my local shop and it's your typical everyday corner shop. You can buy food and drinks and random supplies if caught short. You can buy booze. You can send and receive parcels and top up various cards. They have a hot food counter with a big selection and some daily fresh cakes. As ever the shop can be half or totally empty at random times but that's what makes it exciting. Also the staff here are always top notch and friendly.

These places are usually pretty reliable for a wide range of products out of a relatively small space, the main thing to watch out for being if they're the newer refitted deli style Co-Ops or the older standard stores, the older ones seem to have better prices on a range of basics but the newer ones are more upmarket which you might prefer and more expensive which you probably wouldn't. You makes your choices.
