Friendly and helpful lady behind the till, helped me with my choice from the hot food counter and gave good advice. Top marks for staff who are probably on minimum wage but still care about their customers.

Honestly I really like going here, it's my go to. Staff are non judgemental, friendly and helpful. I have Tourette's Syndrome, and always been treated with kindness and respect, regardless of my tics. If I need help finding something, they've always been very helpful and patient with me. They're also so friendly and happy for a chat. I've never felt unwelcome, judged or resented. I do wish they had some more types of stock, but if they don't have a type of sugar free juice, I'm not going to hold it against them. Prices are average for scotland, but they have a reduced price very often which is often a very good deal. You get out what you put in. Don't think i've ever had a negative experience here

Not keen on scotmid only if I have to and then I will use the self service but if I need electric I need an assistant and guaranteed when you go to them they are too busy talking to each other.especially a older woman.that is rude and ignorant behaviour.
