I go to this super market/ petrol station almost every day. It advertises itself as open until 2200. I went tonight only to find it closed at 2130, I arrived at 2132. I stopped a guy outside who was wearing a Sainsbury's sweatshirt and asked him if it was still open. I might as well have asked him in French. Three times I asked and all he could say is 'It says it's open until ten o'clock. As I was leaving someone else came up and the store manager asked him if he needed anything, I pointed out that I had arrived before this person only to be turned away. The explanation was that they needed extra time to clean the store due to Covid-19. Why don't they clean it after 2200 or alternatively make it clear that they close at 2130. Shame on you Sainsbury's. Very poor service!
