Fabulous - dependable, clean and easy to navigate the shop (you'll know what I mean if you've ever been to the neighbouring shop), priced fairly, and quick and easy service. *Sometimes* it's closed when it should be open, but there's two other shops nearby so no hassle to the customer and no problem with me.

I have lived in the area and been a customer of Goldenacre Mini Market for over 8 years now and never experienced any issues. Always found the staff pleasant and, for the most part, found what I needed. I was recently asked by a friend to help return some Click & Collect Parcels, as she is physically unable to do so herself. There admittedly were a few (about 10), which I decided to take over the course of a few days to save the shop space and hassle. From the first drop off, the staff were rude. I did explain I would be happy to spread returning the parcels over the course of a week. On the second day of returning parcels, the staff rudely pointed out that yesterdays' parcels had yet to be collected and they had no space. I said this was not a problem and I would happily return the following day or even week. "No give me the parcels" was the response as he snatched them out of my hands, scanned them and threw them rudely into the corner (I have no idea if what was in the parcels was fragile or not, I hope not). He then slammed the receipts down and snapped "you're not allowed to bring anymore ever". So much for a friendly neighbourhood shop. It would be my absolute pleasure to never frequent this place again. If a customer is happy to wait and is offering to make your life easier then don't be rude to them. Don't like being a Click & Collect point? Then stop. Simple. Absolutely so disappointed.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of choices. Good range of products and papers, also paper delivery.
