Premier- Calder Road Food Store

Make up their own rules. Went to buy cigarettes and gas and electricity. Which I buy alot from this shop. The man said I need to pay for gas and electricity by cash which I've never been asked to do before in this shop. So I stated he let me pay for it with my card only days ago. He replied yes sometimes I let people some times I don't. I said so it just depends what mood ur in? He said yes!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Just pure greed. He lost out on a 70 sale. I certainly won't be back in his shop. Disgusting way to treat customers. All should be treated the same not just depending on the guys 'mood'

SUMMARY This shop is detrimental for the community as the workers mistreat and attempt to trick customers. The workers showed poor knowledge of their inventory and refuse to help. Experience My partner and I went in for some groceries and got overcharged. When we pointed out the fact we got shouted at for holding the queue. in front of all other customers. Notwithstanding this, we sought help in picking a product. The workers refused to help and shouted at us again blaming us for not knowing his product and making him waste time. As we tried to pay the machine had problems. The reaction of the cashier was again confrontational, raising their voices and justifying themselves as they have been working all day. Definitely not recommending this shop. Suggestion for Prospect Customers There is a premier express at about 5 minutes walk from it, in the old Broomhouse post office next to a Basket ball court. The service there is great and the staff professional.

Beware of the costumer service!! The cashier was very rude, overcharged the sum of the products and then complained that he had to fix it and I'm waisting time. When I asked for another specific item, he didn't know his own products, refused to help and show the range of them shouting at me and saying he does not have to know anything. It's fine if you're quick and have no issues but as long as there will be any smallest problem or help needed you'll get disrespected and shouted at. The poorest costumer service I've experienced in a while!! Shame on them.
