        AVOID as a dpd pick up point, parcel sent from London held for less than 24 hours then they decided to return it to me for some unknown reason. Now its in the dpd system it has to come back to london and I have to send it all the way back to leith again. Stupid to be a pick up point in the first place. Have complained to dpd.

        Shop offers to be a "pick-up point" for DPD parcel, but refuses to do so. Driver tried to deliver my parcel 3 times, and it was rejected by the shop because of "size of a parcel". I know the exact dimensions of this box and I'm sure that shop has plenty of space to hold it for me for max 1hour. If you aren't able to hold some parcels-just stop call yourselves a "pick up point". Just try to respect time and effort of delivery drivers.
