Most rude post service ive ever seen, the guy at the counter put his hand up and said STOP when i got to the counter apparently he was waiting on someone coming back. Some bitter old people are just in customer service jobs so they can be wide to people i swear.

If I could give minus 1 I would. Last year I was in this very store and to be fair I was a little bit drunk and I asked one of the workers if I could possibly charge my phone, the guy took my phone and charger from me. I stayed for around 5 /10 minutes to let my phone get charged for a little bit. I asked for my phone back and the two guys behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads. I never got my phone back, they acted as if I was totally nuts and I started shouting the one that took my phone said to me I'll call the police I said that's a brilliant idea cos uve nicked my phone. I asked to see the CCTV and I got taken thru. I tried to prove he took it but he wouldn't let me check the CCTV. Everytime I tried to check it he said 2 metres. I said to him how can I check the CCTV 2 meters away. I called the police when I left the shop but I haven't heard back. It's not a good experience and I was Left all the first lockdown without a phone. So I lost a lot of Weight and was struggling as I couldn't contact anyone for help. It was 2 young guys mid 20s .

Not sure if this is quite the right place to post as it was a lady with round glasses a long brown hair in a ponytail in the post office section rather than the shop. This morning I just went to this post office to post a parcel, the woman was extremely rude to me from the start, she didn't even ask me if it was a gift, if I needed tracking and what value it was (as it was going to the US). I had to ask her to fill these in for me and she was annoyed at this. I honestly asked politely just to double check if the parcel had been marked as a gift as it wasn't clear if this had been done, she said "yes I have marked it as a gift as you asked me to" in a very horrible and aggressive tone. I've never been so appalled or served this way in my life. I tried to explain that I wasn't being rude I just was double checking as I didn't want the receiver to be charged with customs for a gift. She told me to calm down! I didn't even raise my voice I was being polite and quiet, who knows if my parcel will actually be sent she probably made sure it wouldn't. Unfortunately you have permanently lost a customer at this post office and shop and will not advice people to go here. After the whole ordeal I was very upset and had to tell another member of staff about this as she can't get away with treating customers like this. Shocking. I may be ringing up later today to put in an official complaint as I am so upset about this. Edit: The unprofessionalism continues, so I rang up the shop to make a complaint, the very same rude lady answered the phone and told me it was my fault for asking if it was a gift "3 times" (it was twice and because I didn't know she had, she didn't need to be annoyed that's what customers do they ask questions). I asked to speak to someon else in the shop and refused to give the phone to another person that works there! Luckily I got her name, Diane Nelson (though I wouldn't be surprised if she made it up). I have contacted the head office about this. I am still disgusted about her attitude.
