Avenue Stores Limited

I've only started working in the area this week and was delighted to see a convenience shop on my route home. It's lovely inside and the girl who served me was so friendly and bubbly. Prices are what you'd expect from a small store but there is plenty choice. Fresh fruit and veg, meat, wines and spirits. I'll definitely shop here again

Great local shop. Well stocked with a variety of quality, reasonably priced food - and great plants. They also do deliveries. Efficient friendly staff.

A nice local convenience store with a decent range of products. The staff seem friendly and helpful. There are pretty much all the essentials you would expect from a local shop. I'm giving 4 stars because across the range of items and prices something is amiss. I can't say everything is more expensive or cheaper but you probably can get certain products elsewhere for a better price. Another thing is the fresh produce such as blueberries and cherries which don't sell quickly enough to keep them fresh. Overall, it is a good shop that has the potential to grow further, and it's always nice to see local shops around. If you're living around or walking about, have a visit.

This is a fabulous little one-stop shop, nestled in The Grange, on Blackford Road. I remember my first trip there how surprised I was that they had fresh, local eggs, and high-quality breads and pastries including croissants. And for a tiny shop, the produce, cheese, meats, condiments, and canned goods are really good as well. Basically, you can get everything you need here. Everyone is so friendly, too. Absolutely love this place.
