I used this shop for an Amazon Hermes return and lady working there was very helpful. Unlike other Hermes locations nearby, she understood the packageless return process well and had bags available. I didn't buy anything, but it looked like a good wee shop too.

Few bad experiences in here. Rude staff I use the Hermes drop & go service a lot. Im in atleast twice a week with numerous parcels. I have to go at a certain time before collecting my son from nursery. The woman quite rudely asked me not to come in during school lunch hours, Im sorry but if Im paying for a service then no Ill come in when I like & the staff have been totally off with me since - secondly the Hermes machine didnt print my label but the money, she was so unhelpful & didnt want to know. Last but not least - check your stock. Out of date crisps they were disgusting & when I went back to change them there was more on the shelf. She was apologetic though. I now avoid this wee shop when I can.
