Absolutely awful store. I came here for the FReal Milkshakes which are advertised as being sold at this shop on the FReal website. They also have a sign outside the shop saying that those are sold here. Well, theyre not sold here. Machine has been taken away. I went to get a Slushie instead but the only cups they had were flimsy small cardboard cups with no lid that would have been useless. Finally, I then tried to use the Costa machine to get an Iced Coffee. Guess what? Cold drinks function is out of order. Absolutely nothing works here! Its a totally pointless shop without any of the products & services it advertises! Avoid!

Not to bad selection price for some items good . But check when paying price on shelf not always the same at till check change

Do you not purchase electricity or pay bills here I went into the shop to buy electricity which did not go onto my keycard . I then called the shop manager told me to pop back down and he would sort this issue. Unfortunately on rival at the shop spoke with manager which was extremely rude !!! To be told that the electricity had went onto my electricity key Well It Dont So I am now short on my electricity. and my money Thanks to these guys !! It would do them better to concentrate on their customers when serving them and not looking around the shop watching everything else !!!!! manager very rude !!!!!!

was buying alcohol and ofc I showed them my I'd but because it wasn't a driver licence or passport he didn't accept it. he didn't even look at the information or the proof that this ID is real.
