        Terrible service from Home Energy Scotland. Waiting over 7 months for loan to be processed. They don't return emails or answer the phone. What a waste of time.

        What an utter shambles! Youre told a different story every time and then you are required to do more in order for them to send you your loan funds. And you have to start paying back the loan before you receive the loan. They dont tell you that at the start, but wait until you have committed. I wish I hadnt bothered getting a hybrid heat pump installed now. They then blame the backlog for the delays. If they knew what they should be doing there wouldnt be such a backlog because people wouldnt have to keep calling back
