We were first introduced to Igor and his team last year through a recommendation for our driveway gate. I got and his team worked very efficiently and we loved the gate. Whilst he was working with us, we discussed our second garden project- our garage conversion. After some discussion and advice from Igor regarding design, he began this project too. We absolutely love our garage conversion. It has been done to such a high standard and is a fantastic family space. We then asked Igor to complete a further project: creating a lean-to shed along the side channel of our house. Again the work was done to a high standard and is exactly what we were looking for. It was so lovely having Igor and his team around the house. He is a very professional and friendly person. We will definitely be returning to Igor for our future projects and highly recommend him. We contacted IK Building and Landscaping after recommendations by neighbours. Work carried out for us, for a reasonable price, to a very high standard using quality materials was as follows - prepared site and installed composite decking, removed old lawn, levelled the area, laid quality turf, removed old grey slabs, then laid new Indian sandstone paving in concrete which was later treated with a sandstone sealer. This description doesn't convey the amount of hard work carried out by Igor and his colleague Ferenc to ensure that we ended up with a back garden that is exactly what we wanted. Igor helped us to design the garden and kept us updated on everything that was being done. We have no hesitation in recommending IK Building and Landscaping and we will get them back to do work on our front garden.

Tremendous job - went above and beyond. Great communication, always on time, even worked overtime and at very fair prices. So good that my neighbors recognized and we now have now all had similar work done in landscaping our Garden's or building work. We decided to go with IK Building & Landscaping as we felt they gave the best quote (patio instalation). Igor was absolutely fantastic, he was always available to discuss the work, and make the necessary changes quickly, where necessary! We couldn't be happier with the end result!
