BANN Group

We have had a wonderful experience working with James and the Bann Group. The team which handled the complete renovation of our Edinburgh house was a joy to work with. Especially as it all happened during the pandemic with the added complications of us doing everything at arms length sight unseen from our home in the USA. The Bann team were creative, timely, clean and tidy as well as being highly responsive and respectful of the other owners in the building. We cant speak highly enough of the whole process and the first class results. If we did another project we would have no hesitation about working with them again.

Having previously used Bann in 2014-15 and 2018 to carry out extensive refurbishment work to a Grade A listed flat and being delighted with the end result, I was happy to get them back for a similar Grade A first floor drawing room conversion in Abercromby Place. The refurbishment included full rewiring, re-plumbing, new floors, cornice restoration, new windows/joinery, and redecoration. James was as ever amenable, flexible and easy to talk to. The end result is spectacular (see photos). Will use again in future. Highly recommended.

BANN created a large open plan kitchen/diner from three previously connected rooms. Steel was added to support the new structure, new flooring laid, and a new kitchen / patio doors fitted. BANN were very professional in all their dealings with me and responded to questions / issues quickly as they arose. They acted as a partner in the project rather than a contractor looking to maximize profits. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
