Mozolowski & Murray

We have had two installations by Moz&Murray. Beware: they are not interested in customer care after a certain time, just getting new business. We have been waiting 9 months for just an inspection of cloudy double-glazed glazing panels. They say they are still doing no remedial work after all that time. They say they wont even consider remedial work on our other garden room as we have not maintained it. Untrue.

This firm was recommended to us by friends who had had a great experience. Unfortunately we didnt. The list of failures and mistakes is too long to list here but in brief they proposed a conservatory structure that had a void between our property and our neighbours. They told us this would be capped, making it wind and watertight. When they subsequently found out they couldnt attach any flashing to our neighbours wall they suggested it be left open to the elements, which we rejected. They proposed some minor remedies which were not appropriate yet insisted that they had met their obligations and kept part of our deposit when we cancelled the contract. On top of this they didnt follow their own procedure by applying for planning consent without even consulting us. The drawings they sent were different to the ones we signed off on, causing embarrassment with our neighbours. They then sent a number of incorrect drawings to us after this event. Overall the whole project has been a shambles. They have some nerve to keep a proportion of our deposit bearing in mind they wasted a year of our time and caused us stress with absolutely nothing to show for it. Instead of doing the right thing they refer you to their terms and conditions so please read them carefully.

After a devastating house fire which destroyed our existing conservatory and several rooms in our house, we asked specifically for Mozolowski and Murray to be contracted to rebuild our conservatory. The rebuild was professionally carried out from the first visit to the final construction. The quality of materials and workmanship were to class. We are extremely pleased with the final result and would recommend them highly.

We have had a conservatory, garden room and glass canopy from them over the last 5 years and I am thrilled with the quality, service and lifestyle benefits of them all. They took care of everything from start to finish and they have a very skilled and professional workforce. All uniformed and polite. My neighbour has now contacted them to design and build an orangery!! Highly recommended!
