Had town and country install a new driveway and very pleased with it had people stopping to tell me how nice it looks and asking for the name of the company who done it

This is the 2nd time i have used Tommy, I have always found him and the team to be very professional and i would highly recommend. I would also make a point of listening to his advice on the colours. On the 2nd driveway we moved from Red mono block to concrete print, I suggested that he kept it red but after showing me numerous samples of his work we took his advice and went for slate grey and i have to say i am really glad we did.

We had a concrete driveway fitted by this company at the end of April 2017. Just three months later and we had spalling of the colour across the surface. It was the sealant just peeling off and leaving the plain concrete pour below. It looks terrible! Also where we had drains replaced the lifting eyes are full of concrete and water is just pooling all over the driveway which is now a danger due to the frost! Both these issues were highlighted to the company owner in July and after several months of chasing and empty promises the driveway was resealed on top of the peeling sealant. The drain issue was not sorted, nor were the expansion joints masticked as promised. Two weeks later I parked my car on the drive for the first time since resealing, only to find the next morning my tyres pulled up the sealant and now the drive is peeling all over where both vehicles and footfall is present. After being promised by the owner of a strip back and proper reseal by end of October, he has not shown and is now uncontactable, despite various attempts to contact him and having a 10 year warranty. I am taking advice from trading standards regarding this, Ill update this review as things change.
