        Prompt, reliable service from Vectorcloud. The staff have been very knowledgeable and professional in their approach. Nothing is too much trouble and from our experience, the whole Vector team expressed a 'can do' attitude towards complicated tasks. They completed a job we assumed would take weeks within a couple of days. I would easily recommend Vector to any company. The company's no nonsense approach has been a breath of fresh air.

        We have found them to be very unreliable and needing managed closely to even complete the most basic of tasks. It didn't work out between due to their unprofessional approach, but I had hoped that we could at least split on good terms. They have however failed to complete the most basic of off-boarding tasks. Really not impressed. We have since found a much better company locally to Edinburgh. Other people have not written good reviews, so I can only assume that they did not care about our business, and feel that they would be best to concentrate their energy on their other clients. In the end, they have successfully managed to create more IT Problems for us than they ever managed to solve.
