They were quick with the fix (or as quick as the delivery time of parts allowed). However the new track pad wasnt installed with precision, theres a clear gap on the bottom of the track pad and an uneven gap at the top. Apart from that they have great service polite and helpful staff at a good price. They are also very informative through every step, explaining and showing me the parts that needed fixing or replacing before fixing or replacing them. The actual job of finding and fixing the issues I cant fault and I commend there efforts but the fact the trackpad isnt centered has left the experience less than desirable to be completely honest.
