        the IBD "service" is just a nightmare, they have ZERO consideration for people and just don't care. Asked me to wait 4 weeks for an appointment, then 5 weeks more, then again 3 weeks more: I never had any appointment, for them my case is "routine" oh yeah, losing 9 kilos in few weeks, having diarrheas since the moment you wake up and being folded in 2 by sharp pains stabbing your stomach is "routine", I told them I need help and that I should just stop eating, guess their stupid answer? "ok fine" (this is no joke the receptionist really answered this)

        I've had appointments with the GP and blood tests. So far so good, the staff is nice and the building is well maintained. Every time I sent an email they called me back shortly.The only downside is they do not provide any kind of digital services: everything work by phone and even referral letters have to be physically collected as they don't email them. Honestly, they should use emails more.
