        Zero stars. Have many Nespresso products and after visiting Edinburgh, its left a horrible taste of the brand. Horrible customer service. Bought pods, woman packed wrong size correct flavour, noticed as soon as I got home. Went to exchange them 2 days after and they refused. ???

        The delivery service is beyond ridiculous, I have been waiting for my coffee for a week!!!! This is definitely not a service you would expect from a high profile company (or so they want to let us think). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
