The customer is the king! Without us your business is dead. In the 21st Century you should have more ingredients, meals customisation and flexibility. We wanted the warm cooked breakfast but there was no flexibility to provide a substitute or change the price if you can only sell half of the listed ingredients. Also, you are missing potato scones, haggis, variety of veg/ salsa such as cucumbers, radish, red peppers and so on. You dont have a vegetarian and vegan alternatives! Speed up please with the expectations. Never had an experience where the selection and options are so damn poor. Especially after the lockdown where businesses are appreciating and fighting for every customer. Thank you.
