        First time in, didn't know it was there. Son had lunch I had scone, jam and clotted cream so nice. Really enjoyed it

        Wait time for breakfast 40 mins ridiculous! charged 34 for very small portions for 2 adults! Wouldnt recommend go to franki and bennys same breakfast 22 with half the wait.. Only plus is good range for celiacs..

        Great location , a bit of hit and miss place , coffee can be amazing but often the cakes are really poor ! The cobbs own tray cakes and tray bakes can be very dry !! They are not great at taking them off , you have to be lucky to get the fresh slice ! The cooked breakfast look amazing and very well portioned !! Worth a shot !! Still great location just outskirts of Edinburgh!
