Wow, what a bad experience. We walked in & looked around at the Snacks & menu. The clerk never even looked up from scrolling on his phone. I stood in front of him / the counter waiting & waiting. He finally looks up and snaps, "go ahead I'm waiting." I mean it was awful on a human level, let alone as customer service. Coffee wasn't awful. Whatever is wrong with the guy, I'm sorry for him, but he shouldn't bring that baggage to work.
