Starbucks Coffee

This store has racist staff imo. Didn't call my name twicefor the same order. The first time the female staff said the drink name, so other customer confused and took my drink. I had to wait for the staff to make my drink again. This time she still felt not in the mood to call my name, just said the drink name. But she called other customers' name. Is it because I use an Asian name?

Toilet is horrible, and so was one off their staff members who could of been a manager, not sure, had a blue and white checked shirt on and a green hat. I was waiting for a friend and I had been deciding previously what to order for my self and a friend, then I waited for an available seat, when I got a seat, the person I was just on about, rudely asked me if I was actually going to buy something, then I told him I was waiting for someone first. There was no need to be this rude to anyone. I ended up not ordering anything after that, I met my friend and then told them, then we left. Great drinks obviously but one rude staff member.
