A Turkish cafe in the depressing area of Portobello; that's right, Portobello sucks. This place has all the hallmarks of a nice place to go, but the staff come across as disinterested, and the customers are the epitome of champagne socialists. Bonus for dogs being welcome. Unfortunately, the food is not worth the price, and if you convince yourself that it's about 'the experience', then I wouldn't pay for this experience.

really nice cafe. very welcoming staff. had the lentil soup which was really unbelievable and then tuna mayo jacket potato which was a little fishy but nice. then we had the gluten free cheese cake brownie (that tasted like baileys) and the peanut butter brownie. both were super good but a little bit cold and overpriced. will be coming back again
