        By far the worst experience I have ever had in a Costa. I went for lunch the other day and I ordered my usual caramel frappucino accompanied with a ham and cheese toasty. My drink was disgusting, I swear the milk was rotten or something and then my toasty wasnt heated up properly. I asked that my drink gets remade but the staff member insisted that the manager dealt with this. I seem to remember his name was jack and I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a cafe in all my years. He immediately told me that the milk was fine, when it may aswell have been cheese and ultimately refused to serve me. I demand this man be sacked as I have never been so humiliated in all my life.
