Starbucks Coffee

The espresso at that Starbucks location is extremely bitter nothing to do with Starbucks espresso I have in London Los Angeles Honolulu or anywherelse in the world. Even though I mentionned it stafff was not interested. Starbucks cashier at this location not friendly at all treats you like if you were on an assembly line. Besides the espresso machine that needs a good clean up so does the place which is gloomy and doubtful. Very disapointing Starbucks in all ways. In Edinburgh for a few days I finally decided to move to Costa coffee house. A Syarbucks daily customer for 42 years first time I have to have my coffee in another coffee house.

Recent experiences here, especially today, have forced me to change my review of this branch due to the service in particular. I have been made to wait 30-60 minutes for orders here (before chasing them) not just once or twice, but numerous times. Staff these days frequently use bad language behind the counter. What has happened to this branch in the last wee while?
