one member of staff was extremely rude. he made us feel as though there was a rush and we were an inconvenience even though there were only 2 other people waiting to order. didnt want to sit in after the way he spoke to us as it made us too uncomfortable. i usually like caff nero but ive been put off by this one because of that one member of staff. take your money elsewhere or hope that you have a better experience than we did!

one member of staff was extremely rude. he made us feel as though there was a rush and we were an inconvenience even though there were only 2 other people waiting to order. didnt want to sit in after the way he spoke to us as it made us too uncomfortable. i usually like caff nero but ive been put off by this one because of that one member of staff. take your money elsewhere or hope that you have a better experience than we did!
