Machina Coffee Roasters

I was accompanying my friend that was due to pick up his Rocket R58 and Eureka Mignon grinder as well as some additional accessories. We were due to get a walk through of some of the standard workflows. Michael from Machina was absolutely excellent, he was extremely knowledgeable and very patient, I don't think I have ever experienced this level of customer service. We both left a lot more confident than when we arrived and felt reassured that we could start making good quality espresso at home. I will defiantly be buying from them when I get the chance, a great business, thank you.

I ordered some filter coffees (Honduras, Brazil, Peru) online and they were all absolutely delicious. Couldn't recommend more! Super fast postage and fresh roast dates as well :)

Been researching high quality espresso machines for some time through dissatisfaction with my existing bean 2 cup machine. I was actually in touch with another rocket supplier who couldnt be bothered to respond or continue the conversation. From the Rocket website I found Machina and realised they are local to me. A conversation with Michael who listened to all my gripes and existing issues and helped me with machine and grinder recommendations to meet my wants, followed by a demo of each contender in their works to bring the discussion to life and within 24 hours of first contact I was home with my Rocket cronometro and Eureka Mignon Grinder and a few extra bits to complete a package. I saw someone mention a claimed bench test prior to delivery and I can confirm this, Michael tested and demonstrated the machine I took home in front of me, ensuring i had everything I needed before letting me go. In summary a really fantastic experience from start to finish. I have no doubt should I have any issues or need support it will be there. Knowing I have the distributor for this quite expensive purchase a few miles from home is very reassuring and just completes the package. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a pro coffee kit and beans.
