Visited Gary in White Tree in Oct 2022 and he was very clear and concise on what the issue was and how his approach to healing and recovery. Two months on and I feel better than ever, I should have went earlier! Gary is very helpful and takes the time out to explain exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend.

I was attending regular sessions with Gary during July to October. Great results. Increased flexibility of next & shoulders, greater range of movement of my head, improved posture. Gary offers a very professional service and tailors the approach for the individual client. Health & fitness are one of the personal goals for 2023 and Gary has helped to get this goal off to a very strong start at the beginning of the year.
