This is about fourth time they got orders wrong if you actualy want meat in your dish dont go there the service terrible I orderd pork and mushrooms got a plate.of rice and mushrooms in gravy no pork at all and they wanted me to pay for to get pork it was their mistake x

Always praised this establishment in the past but that changed last night. Ordered Singapore noodles a beef curry, portion of chips and a portion of curry sauce all for home delivery. Food arrived and I noticed that the chips were missing. Phoned them up and was informed that the chips were in the same dish as the curry. I informed them that I didn't order it that way and the guy said that the staff were being trained on the tills and that's where the mistake was made. He then spoke to the manager and I was informed that they would send the correct order but that I would have to pay another 2.60 delivery despite it being there fault. They said that I would have to hand the delivery driver the wrong dish back. I said that I. had already paid a delivery charge and there was no way I was paying for another delivery as it wasn't my fault! I was on the phone for around 15 mins and I really felt sorry for the chap I was speaking to as he was the go-between. I kept getting told that if I wanted food I would have to pay another delivery charge. Eventually the chap on the phone said he would deliver my food at no charge. Im afraid even when the correct order arrived the curry was inedible. The meat was as tough as old boots and I couldnt chew it! It went in the bin. I ended up having chips and curry sauce for dinner! The other dish I ordered wasn't for me but apparently that was ok. I won't be ordering from.here again They need to be able to admit when they have got it wrong and apologise!
