I can concur with others , it appears they don't really take customer feedback seriously or improve. Just want your money . The entitled English manager on duty this Easter Sunday , didn't;t have a pleasant greeting seemed like others have said they don't have a friendly face if your black and yes I agree in Scotland 2023 this is embarrassing as I waited at the welcome point he came over in a aggressive manner. Like another reviewer they did not bother to explain to me about the full extent of self service. Said I'd get table service ie do me a favour and take my order (secure the company profits ) as it was an act of charity the manager appears to be deluded about business and his role . Also presumed I had a smart phone even though I said I'd never been in Nando's . Possibly because of the colour bar he was quick to demand payment upfront card machine didn't work due to their poor connection several attempts then chucked the receipt at me . Then when the food was brought over was left without cutlery or where to get it. Got ignored when I looked for help and had to call half way across the premises to find the answer A robot server kept asking me if everything was alright when I said no twice the robot cold not process this . Food was decent but the ice they gave me tasted of sweat soft drink which was gross as I ordered plain bottled water for a reason . Cheap service high prices .
