A 5-star rating is not enough to do justice. The service is incredibly wonderful. I needed a relatively uncommon accounting service. Kirsty was super friendly and caring to provide what I precisely needed. She was very responsive and quick, and I received the result within two days. The service was quintessentially professional and could not be any better.

I am a bit done reading fake reviews about this firm. The service is unacceptable and trying to take your money at any cost. Kirsty and Paul have been totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Kirsty decided to charge me 1020 for a tax return even though she quoted 400 telling me that the next year is going to be 400. Then Paul charged me 900 thinking that I forgot about what Kirsty said. When I complained, he reduced the bill by sending me a credit note of 420 instead of the correct invoice of 480. When I paid the credit note thinking it is the invoice they came after me for 60 which was the difference. When I complained about being mislead and haven't even received the correct invoice, I received a phone call by Paul trying to convince me to pay the rest of money by telling me that he did my tax return quickly instead of dragging it till the end of the year. Congratulations for you being inadequate, unprofessional, untrustworthy and lacking basic knowledge of your profession. AVOID AT ALL COST
