Although I waited for a call back for weeks as my request was forgotten by the Admin, he was empathetic and spent extra time with me to give information about other services. The Advisor herself was focused, precise, knowledgeable, professional and understanding. In less than 15 mins she managed to solve my issue. She knew straight away what she was doing and how to do it.Well done so far. Thanks for maintaining good standards as its becoming rare in Edinburgh for people seeking independent advice. The only thing I would ask for is more staff as youre a bit understaffed.

I had help with form and the lovely lady I had was a brilliant help, made it a lot less stressful than it would have been if I hadn't had there help. Excellent charity. Can't praise them enough

I got help from chai two-and-a-half year ago now for help as I have g a d anxiety problems and have problems with paperwork so on the chap came up and helped me and as he done that he found out I hadn't been getting paid the right amount of money since 1995 anyway if I did not use chai I would never have known but all this was going over my head and if I didn't get the proper help from chai who knows what would be happening with me today day I have a great thank you for try for listening and helping me through such hard times in my life
