I got in touch with this organisation months ago, after an interview on the phone and after weeks I was advised to apply for mid market rent, I don't qualify for that, I had done my research and I already knew that. So I asked them to assist me with the application if they believed that I could. After several calls and more weeks they got back to tell me I didn't qualify. And that they would help with other options. I emailed and called them again, I never received am answer, so I went on by myself. I really wonder why they even exist at all!

Contacted that service for necessary support for my housing. After 3 weeks of silence had to call back and spoke to the team leader, a Tom W. and received the most judgemental, confusing, patronising and unsupporting communication ever in a supposedly housing support agency in Edinburgh. These are paid people, could not believe a so called professional could be so out of its lines of duty. I concluded that call with an impression that when people have some hidden agenda they usually, well, hide it better. A very disturbing experience I wish to no one else.

Very dissatisfied with this organisation. Managed to get an advisor to hold a mediation meeting. This advisor told me that I was her client but ultimately she took the landlords side. We explained that the landlord had not kept up and complied with the lease but the advisor was not interested and not prepared to listen. If I could have rated this organisation less than 1 star I would have. I will not be recommending this organisation to anyone disgraceful
