        My experience with turning point was not the great. I felt I was pigeonhole by a female trainee who basically had the attitude its her way or the high way. I felt I was set up to fail and was continually badgered to go to meetings. I had been sent upteen work books which never came to fruition. My confidentiality was broken by my worker at that time would conversate with me on public transport. She always came across as unempathetic and didn't listen as I had to repeat my self contually to remind her. My phone was off for a while and I missed appointments but no letters were sent out. Since breaking my confidentiality I am hoping to get another worker who actually listens and is not so stereo typical and judgmental. I found it hard to communicated with her as she betrayed my trust. Surely a breach of confidentiality is wrong.
