        My experience was outstanding, Sophie helped me so much, and stood by me until things got sorted. She went o er and beyond hrt duties. I cou l d never repay her for her hwlp even just listening to me. I could g on all day.

        I contacted Vocal on 9th April 2020 asking for advice. Although it is now 7th May I have heard not a thing back! Yes, many places are shut due to Covid-19, but shouldn`t someone from Vocal be responding (even if it is just an acknowledgement)? Many people are working from home, and it is during the pandemic that carers need advice from organisations such as Vocal more than ever. If Vocal is shut, and no one is working from home to enable queries to be acknowledged or responded to, shouldn`t they indicate this on their website? Surely the last thing carers such as myself need is an organisation like Vocal who is meant to support them, infact adding to their woes?!
