Parking: There were no disabled spaces left for my friend who is very disabled with M S. and had great difficulty getting to and from the restaurant. I checked to see if there were disabled stickers on show and out of five spaces Only one car had a disabled sticker on show. I was upset for my friend as she visits the Toby carvery because it is Disabled friendly. Sadly, on this occasion she was distressed and exhausted with the extra effort to get to her car.

Mostly inedible, everything but the meat was bland. Roast potatoes were so old they were dry and hard, at least one was totally black inside. Did feed this back at the time and they insisted to take the cost of one meal off.

Superb dinner tonight with my friend and our kids. Thomas advised me which products I can safely eat which are gluten free. He was very knowledgeable and was friendly and patient with the kids. Well done Thomas you are a brilliant asset to the company!
