Bill and Kenny provide a first class service. Friendly, punctual and reasonable. Our large rug and stair/landing carpets look transformed. They even managed to get rid of a historic stain that other carpet cleaners have failed to make much of an impression on. Great company, respond quickly to messages to get booked in and arrived just a few days later. Set up in 10 mins and were completely finished in less than an hour (2 rooms + 1 rug). Theyve made our old carpets look SO much better and transformed our rug!Left with a lovely fresh smell too. Very friendly and helpful guys. Highly recommend! Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Billy specifically told me the job would take two me around two hours to move furniture and clean the carpets in my small one bedroom flat. They were on time - started work at 12.05 - and were out the door by 12.45pm. No furniture was moved at all. The carpets are an absolute state if I move the bed even an inch or so. These guys ripped me off and hung up on the phone when I challenged him with the truth - so unprofessional it makes my skin crawl. He told me there was no mention of moving beds and hung up because I was in the right, and he in the wrong. The bed I have is on wheels for crying out loud. These are a pair of good for nothing, money grabbing liars. Service: General carpet cleaning
