Blossom Cleaning

I run an Airbnb in Edinburgh and I decided to call Blossom Cleaning (Gwen) to help me out. Lovely lady and kind on the phone. The few times she came around the job was perfect, spotless. The problem is her reliability. All of a sudden, with no explanation she didn't show up, not returned my calls nor text messages. She completely ghosted me. You can understand from a business perspective how important is to make the changeover before the next guest arrives. Regrettably Gwen didn't provide a reason and never showed up again, putting me in a very difficult situation with my guests. I would genuinely recommend to avoid Blossom Cleaning as you may be happy one day, and then it's a total disaster. Service: Standard cleaning

Moving out of property and have 16 month old twins. Needed all the help possible cleaning wise. Blossom cleaning was recommended. When I phoned was helpful, pleasant... received a text a week before confirming the appointment the day before leaving to cleaning, as agreed. On the day nothing. I texted and called and left voicemail. Nothing. I ended up waiting until my twins fell asleep and then was up until 2am cleaning interspersed dealing with them. Very unprofessional no call. Now leaving and just wanted to say if there was a negative button I would use it.

Awful, just awful! Looks good on paper and on website, voicemail says they'll get back to you within the hour, they don't. They were meant to come at 9.30am today. They haven't turned up. I've tried texting and leaving a voicemail, and have not received the courtesy of an apology or an explanation. I would not recommend using them at all!

Extremely unprofessional and quite insulting. I will not be using their services or recommending them
