As I have a tow bar fitted, it is a no-go for the rotational brushes to get behind and clean. I asked the operator to hand clean area before puting through wash. When I got the car home, there was still dirt marks as happened once before. The impression I got was that I was a disruption to their day and not the focus of their livelihood. Needless to say I won't be returning for one of their 13 poor car washes!
