        Avoid this place at all costs. Had multiple issues with our car, and had a nightmare getting any of it fixed. You try to call them and no one answers the phone. Terrible customer service. I wont be coming here ever again once my warranty has expired.

        DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM EVANS HALSHAW. I BOUGHT A CAR WITH FAULTY PARKING SENSORS AND THEY NOW CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY VOLKSWAGEN FOR THE REPAIRS. THEIR PAYMENT TO VW HAS BEEN DECLINED 3 TIMES AND I HAVE NOT HAD A CAR FOR OVER A WEEK. I originally reported the issue to them back in January when I bought the car and there have been numerous problems with the garage failing to repair the car since then. The customer service provided has been beyond appalling. My dad has had to go down to the garage two days in a row as no one was returning our calls and I still do not have my car.

        Had booked app for car valuation . I showed up on time and being told to have a seat so someone will come to me. After 30 mins of waiting I left . What is the point of booking appointment when literally they ignore you? I went to Arnold Clark , traded my car , got new vauxhall corsa in the very same day.
